Whether your vehicle needs scheduled service or repairs, our Toyota service technicians will take a personal interested in caring for your vehicle. You can talk directly with our technicians and request a specific technician if scheduling allows. They have years of experience in servicing Toyota models and building strong relationships with customers visit after visit.

To ensure you are satisfied with your service or repair work, our customer service department contacts you after every service appointment. It is a great way for you to let us know if we can improve our service, and you can talk with our customer relationship manager if you have any further questions.

Most Master Service Technicians.
White River Toyota Service boasts 15 master service technicians to maintain and repair your Toyota vehicle. Working with our technicians are two full time service writers to answer any questions you may have regarding the service work performed during your vehicle's visit. We also have a full time cashier on hand to get you back on your way as soon as possible.



Computerized diagnostics
Our Toyota-trained technicians perform computer analysis to Toyota specifications for an accurate diagnosis of any vehicle problems. Technicians are also happy to ride in your vehicle with you to identify a problem that you are experiencing.


Factory backed service
Factory-backed service and repair
work is performed by technicians with years of experience. We also recommend necessary repairs to keep you up-to-date on the condition of your vehicle.  At every 5k mile service interval undergoes, your vehicle undergoes free a 31 point inspection.  Ask to see your vehicle's service checklist.


Reliability of Genuine Toyota Parts

For high quality service, we use only Genuine Toyota Parts when making repairs and do not use after-market parts. All Genuine Toyota Parts installed at time of service have a 12-month or 12,000-mile replacement warranty.


Weather-protected vehicle drop off
Dropping off your vehicle for service in bad weather is easy with our enclosed drop-off area. Our friendly service greeter will help you transfer items from your vehicle to another-including moving child car seats and holding babies-while you talk with one of our helpful service writers.

Comfort while you wait
If you would like to wait for your vehicle, relax in our Toyota Service waiting areas, one with a TV and the other with wireless internet access and a quiet area for reading. Start the day with fresh coffee, the morning newspaper, and current magazines.

White River Toyota Service also offers a convenient drive through lane for dropping your vehicle off inside our service building. Once you are here, we have a customer lounge where you can watch TV, read the morning paper, and have a cup of coffee while your vehicle is being serviced.


Convenient shuttle service
If you don't have time to wait for your repair or service, White River Toyota operates a shuttle service to bring you to work and back. For those times when you cannot leave your vehicle with us during normal business hours, we have a convenient night drop box for your keys, and ample parking for your vehicle.

Drop off your vehicle for service and enjoy a ride home or to work in our comfortable Toyota Sienna courtesy  shuttle van. Our driver makes scheduled morning and afternoon trips. 

We ask that service customers make a courtesy shuttle van reservation at time of service.  Our clean, comfortable, and safe courtesy van is a great alternative to taxis, rental cars, or a friend's good nature. Our shuttle driver announces his departure in both the service department and the customer lounge.
