Even though White River Toyota is on the complete other side of the state from us (and not the short side), I decided to follow her advice and reach out to him. I'm happy I did. He was easy to work with and flexible, even with a crazy schedule on my side and planning for a longer drive down. I went in not 100% sure I would buy a new car that day, and ended up leaving with one--not because he was pushy or sales-y, but because he wasn't. He was relaxed, presented me with several options for a couple models, and gave me time to think it over. He was also super understanding when I showed up two hours later because I forgot my garage door opener and helped me get it back without issue. They gave me what I considered to be a fair trade for my old car too. If you're looking for a new car, I'd definitely recommend Branson, Zach, and White River Toyota. ”

“ I leased a Brand New Toyota Tundra Limits (aprox 70K$$) from White River Toyota a little over two years ago. During this time I get a recall notice that my FULL ENGINE NEEDS REPLACED on my brand new truck!!!!!! With 9 months left on the lease, I decided I will just trade it on a New Trundra and let the dealer worry about changing the engine. So I contact a sales person, he talks to a sales manager, and they send me a beyond low ball price of $$40k(WTH) for my truck. How ridiculous!!! Pretty obvious they don't want my like new truck with 11k miles, because they don't want to deal with the Engine or stand behind Toyota's product!! So much for standing by your customer White River!! Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this dealership or ever purchase from them again! They don't have your back! Take the trip to Berlin, 802 Toyota in Berlin is also a wonderful dealership. I have purchased from them both before and always had them stand by me. ”
