Our showroom is now open, with limited capacity and by appointment only, in accordance with social distancing and occupancy guidelines. Contact a member of our sales team to schedule an appointment. Vehicles are available for test drive, and are sanitized between appointments for your health and safety.
Limited members of our service and parts personnel are on-site and working, to accommodate service appointments, however there is no indoor access or waiting areas available. Additionally, our shuttle service and rental car operations have been temporarily discontinued.
Taking the COVID-19 situation seriously, we’ve amended our service practices to ensure we are doing our part to keep our community as safe and healthy as possible. Here are some differences you’ll notice the next time you visit the White River Toyota service department.
Our hours have changed You’ll notice that we have made a reduction in our hours of operation. Until further notice, we will be accepting appointments Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 2pm.
We’ll be administering extra cleaning and disinfectant protocols Every car will be thoroughly disinfected upon receipt, as well as right before delivery back to the customer.
Don’t worry about coming inside to drop off Use our night drop system, even during the day! Just drop the keys in the box with your notes—and we’ll take it from there! When you come to pick up, we can arrange to leave your vehicle in a specified place, with keys inside, reducing the amount of human contact to zero!
Even paying is simple With our new texting app, UNotifi, we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle and give you an easy way to check in with your service advisor. But, we can also send you a link via the text app to pay your bill online.

Leaving your vehicle for the day? Utilize our complimentary shuttle to keep moving; or, with Toyota Rent A Car (TRAC) you can try before you buy. If you are interested in renting a vehicle be sure to ask when you schedule your appointment.

We want to keep you moving. Our shuttle service will bring you where you need to be, with regular departures beginning at 7:15 AM. We can also get you where you're going as early as 6:15 AM with our fixed location Early Bird Shuttle. We service most locations in the Upper Valley, and will work with you to adjust the schedule so that we can pick you up on your time.
Now as official installers of Bullet bed liners, we can help you protect your vehicle from rugged conditions. When you purchase a new pickup we can include a Bullet spray on bedliner into the payments, and we apply bedliners to any truck, regardless of where it was purchased! You name it, we can put a Bullet bed liner on it -installed by our team of professional reconditioners
