Taking the COVID-19 situation seriously, we’ve amended our service practices to ensure we are doing our part to keep our community as safe and healthy as possible. Here are some differences you’ll notice the next time you visit the White River Toyota service department.
Our hours have changed You’ll notice that we have made a reduction in our hours of operation. Until further notice, we will be accepting appointments Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 2pm.
We’ll be administering extra cleaning and disinfectant protocols Every car will be thoroughly disinfected upon receipt, as well as right before delivery back to the customer.
Don’t worry about coming inside to drop off Use our night drop system, even during the day! Just drop the keys in the box with your notes—and we’ll take it from there! When you come to pick up, we can arrange to leave your vehicle in a specified place, with keys inside, reducing the amount of human contact to zero!
Even paying is simple With our new texting app, UNotifi, we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle and give you an easy way to check in with your service advisor. But, we can also send you a link via the text app to pay your bill online.
