After multiple walkthroughs of the lot and driving a Tacoma, I came back to the dealership thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. We met up with Gage and went out to the lot to pick a truck. Wife and I started to debate what truck I wanted. Gage was patient. Probably spent an extra hour with us to help us figure out which one we actually wanted. Cant say enough good things about Dana in service and Chris in rentals. My 2014 camry was shuttering do to torque converter problem while I was on vacation. I stopped in at White River Toyota to see if this was covered under warranty. Dana ran my vin and said it sure is. I was planning to deal with it when I got home to Delaware, when Dana asked did I want them to fix it. Bought a new 2019 Camry. Sporty looking car, drives nice- handles good. One thing I didn’t like is that it doesn’t come with floor mats- been buying cars since 1980 and never have gotten a car without them. Would also recommend more training of staff- though he was nice he wasn’t going to come out to go over the dashboard and steering wheel buttons/ options until my husband asked him to. He also should have told us about the XM radio trial( did find out about it myself) and the Verizon WiFi( my... More

When I went in to inquire about my options, Sarah had laid out exactly what I needed and made getting into my new vehicle as easy as possible. salesman and manger was very friendly, honest and helpful. they were not pushy at all. explained options was willing to do better then other dealers.
